14 Dec, 2011Holy. Shiz.
WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD! (To be clear, we will not be spoiling who A is on the show in this post. We don't know ourselves. But what we do know is when the big reveal of the show's iconic mystery murdered/schemer)
We've got the news straight from the boss's mouth. Pretty Little Liars producer, Marlene King reveals that "A's" identity will be revealed in the Season 2 finale. And don't worry:
It will MORE than live up to they hype and the wait! Marlene explains:
"We're running on adrenaline to the finish line. This finale is virgin territory in the sense that we are answering some ultra huge questions. We're giving the audience a lot to digest and talk about between seasons two and three. For the entire cast and crew, lips are sealed and excitement is at an all time high. To steal a line from the finale script, 'This feels big.'"
DAYUM!
Seeing as they were picked up for Season 3, we hope this move doesn't jump the shark. Or maybe, it will be great, because WE'LL see who "A" is, but Lucy Hale and Co. won't!
Imagine all the suspense!!!
Oh, we're on board with this now! When is the finale? Do we have time to catch up with the series?

What's your style?
Once the kids go to bed, take some time to reconnect. You might be tempted to turn on the TV and sit in silence as you decompress from the busy day, but resist the urge to get sucked into a cheesy Christmas movie. Use your evening time to sit by the fire, get caught up on each other’s lives . The more you can feel connected, the easier it will be to get through the holidays sans stress and without fighting.
Whether you have a pile of presents to wrap or a holiday menu to plan, do it as a team. But don’t just grumble through your chores. Instead, open a bottle of wine and turn it into quality time you get to spend together. You might not get much time for romance, which is why we suggest taking full advantage of the time you do have together. Light some candles, turn on some carols and sip your wine as you figure out what to make for Christmas dinner or sort through the pile of gifts to make sure you haven’t missed anyone.
Chances are even if you don’t think you have time for holiday alone time you should be able to squeeze in one date night. Pick an evening where you know you don’t have events to go to or host, mark it on the calendar, book a babysitter and enjoy yourselves. Go somewhere you’ve been dying to try or a favorite restaurant you haven’t been to in a while. The evening out will refresh you and help you get through the rest of the holiday season with renewed energy.

City holds minute's silence as police say Nordine Amrani also murdered cleaner at his flat before the city centre attack
A solemn hush descended on Liège at lunchtime on Wednesday as the Belgian city mourned the victims of the carnage wrought by a lone gunman that left five people dead and scores injured.
The minute's silence came as police confirmed that the Nordine Amrani, the 33-year-old convicted gun fanatic who unleashed a volley of gunfire and grenades on a city centre square on Tuesday, had murdered a cleaner before the killing spree after which he committed suicide.
Police said the corpse was found at a garage-storehouse Amrani used to grow marijuana plants and assemble firearms. The 45-year-old woman was shot dead with a bullet in the head on Tuesday morning, police said.
A convicted criminal, Amrani was released early from jail in October last year after serving half of a five-year sentence for illegal arms possession and drug dealing.
Police found 9,500 gun parts, assembled firearms and 2,800 marijuana plants at the storehouse before Amrani was tried and convicted in 2008.
He had been due to report to police at lunchtime on Tuesday, but failed to show up, instead launching the attack that has stunned Belgium.
The gunman threw three hand grenades into the busy city centre square, one at a bus shelter, killing two teenage students instantly. A 17-month-old baby held by his mother was hit by a bullet in the head and died last night.
Of more than 120 people injured, five remain critical, including a 75-year-old woman who was initially counted among the dead and stands little chance of recovering from her injuries.
Amrani suffered injuries from grenade shrapnel and then shot himself, according to police.
The destroyed bus shelters were covered with flowers on Wednesday.
"Why?" asked the main French-language newspaper in Belgium, Le Soir. "We had been hoping to end the year with some peace and quiet following an interminable crisis and a year of social and economic calamity."
A new government come to power only last week in Belgium, forever rent between its French- and Dutch-speaking halves, after 589 days of failure by the political elites to agree on how to run the fractured country.
"The Liège criminal act marks in blood the end of a year that brought only pain," said Le Soir.
Saint Lambert's Square, where the attack took place, is the city centre's busiest traffic hub with the bus station and the Palais de Justice housing the main court and prison compound. It is also the venue for a busy Christmas market.
While police, prosecutors, and politicians emphasised the Liège tragedy was no terrorist or politically inspired assault – "he has no history of terrorist acts," the Liège prosecutor, Daniele Reynders, told journalists – there was no persuasive motive declared to explain the rampage.
Amrani arrived on the square with hand grenades, a rifle, and a revolver. He mounted a platform on the square and threw three grenades, opened fire with the rifle and then shot himself with the handgun, according to police.
Belgian media reported on Wednesday that on the eve of the killing spree, Amrani transferred a sum of money to his wife's bank account with a note saying: "I love you my love. Good luck."
Police hope to glean a better idea of the gunman's motivation by questioning his wife.
UK will resist calls to contribute more funds in wake of agreement by European countries to raise up to €200bn for IMF
David Cameron will resist any attempt by eurozone countries to press Britain to hand more cash to the International Monetary Fund to help fund a euro-bailout fund.
The IMF reported on Tuesday that eurozone countries at last week's EU summit had agreed in principle to raise €200bn (£168bn) for the IMF including €50bn from non-eurozone countries.
But the prime minister's spokesman said Cameron had made it clear he had not agreed to this proposal and it had not been approved by the IMF board.
Cameron said at the Cannes G20 summit he would be willing to put more money to the IMF, but indicated the additional contribution could not exceed the £40bn ceiling that has already been approved by MPs in a vote in the summer.
The UK has already committed a £30bn contribution, meaning the UK could not commit more than an extra £10bn without a further vote in parliament, something Cameron will want to avoid.
Any attempt to give the eurozone extra loans, even via the IMF, would be fiercely resisted by Tory Eurosceptics
The reference to €200bn fund was not made in the summit statement agreed last week but appeared in the official IMF magazine, Survey.
It said: "European leaders agreed to make bilateral loans to the IMF of as much as €200bn – with €150bn contributed by eurozone members and €50bnform other members of EU."
In the Commons, Cameron made no reference to specific sum, telling MPs: "Alongside non-European G20 countries we are ready to look positively at strengthening the IMF's capacity to help countries in difficulty across the world. But IMF resources are for countries, not currencies, and cannot be used specifically to support the euro."
The idea behind the IMF plan is to draw on the reserves of Europe's central banks.
The President of the German Bundesbank, Jens Weidmann, said his bank was willing to provide loans to the IMF so long as nations outside the euro-area also contribute.
He said the Bundesbank has stated its readiness to provide up to €45bn as long as there was a fair distribution of the burden among IMF members. If these conditions are not fulfilled, then we cannot agree to loan to the IMF.
He said it would be problematic if the US did not contribute.
There is a quiet satisfaction inside Downing Street that the agreement made by the EU countries is coming under closer scrutiny, and markets are starting to realise that it does not represent a major step forward.
But of course he is a star! How could he not be! He was on a show called Dancing With The Stars!
And only real celebrities get to compete on that show! Duh!
Yesterday, Steve Guttenberg was honored with a Star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame. The rain couldn't keep the festivities from happening, but to make the afternoon even more interesting, Steve arrived in an LAPD squad car, in honor of his days in the Police Academy.
It was nice of the force to let two of their guys take a break from directing holiday traffic in and out of Hollywood and Highland for the day to make Steve's dreams come true! LOL!
Congrats on the honor, Steve!

Perez Hilton 14 Dec, 2011But it remains unclear when the leader will return to his country after receiving treatment for a 'mini-stroke'
Pakistan's president, Asif Ali Zardari, will be discharged from hospital in Dubai on Thursday, but it remains unclear when he will return to Pakistan, aides have said.
The state of the Pakistani's leader's health has been the subject of intense speculation since he was flown out of the country on Tuesday last week after apparently suffering a "mini-stroke". He has a history of heart trouble.
His children are based in Dubai, though his son and political heir-apparent, 23-year-old Bilawal, flew into Pakistan to stand in for his father as head of the ruling Pakistan Peoples Party when his father became unwell.
The president, ill since early December, apparently collapsed in the presidency on Tuesday last week and was flown to Dubai that evening. Alarm over his health was heightened by a press leak in Washington saying he had been "incoherent" during a telephone call with the US president, Barack Obama, on 4 December.
Zardari's health problems have deepened the country's political crisis, amid speculation that he is seriously ill or that he may not return. There have also been rumours that Zardari has suffered a mental breakdown.
The verdict from the doctors at the American Hospital in Dubai was released publicly, presumably in a bid to end the speculation. However, until Zardari is back in the country speculation is likely to continue that he has fled political troubles at home.
The letter, signed by a doctor, Khaldoun Taha, and dated 13 December, says Zardari was admitted to hospital "with a chief complaint of left-arm numbness and twitching with a transient episode of loss of consciousness that lasted for few seconds".
Tests at the hospital had found that "all investigations were within normal range", and he was advised to now rest at home and continue his regular heart medications, the letter said.
On 19 December, the supreme court will take up an explosive case in which Zardari's close confidante, Husain Haqqani, Pakistan's former US ambassador, is accused of being behind a "treacherous" offer made to Washington to rein in Pakistan's military in return for US support for the government in Islamabad. Some believe the treason accusations will reach all the way up to the president.
The offer was delivered in an anonymous memo by a Pakistani-American businessman, Mansoor Ijaz, to the then top US military official in May, but it only became public knowledge in October. The former Washington ambassador, who was sacked over the issue, denies having any role in crafting the message, but Ijaz claims he was acting on Haqqani's instructions.
Islamabad remains abuzz with talk that the government will be dismissed, possibly by the courts acting under pressure from the powerful military, which has long wanted to oust Zardari.
Some saw the president's hospitalisation as a possible prelude to his going into exile. The controversy over the memo gives the military new grounds to be suspicious of Zardari.
Zardari is unpopular and controversial within Pakistan, never having lived down a reputation for corruption while his four-year-old government has stumbled from crisis to crisis.
And they actually had the guts to put them up in their own yard less than a mile away! Ugh, what losers!
Watch this grand-theft happen for URself and see the women get arrested!
That's definitely not the kind of spirit that Christmas is about!!
Perez Hilton 14 Dec, 2011A happy Christmas it will be for the the royal newlyweds as Prince William and Kate prepare to celebrate their first holiday season as a married couple.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have decided to pay homage to William's late mother this Christmas, by enjoying the work done by Centrepoint, the organization that works to help homeless youth, ages 16-25. On Dec. 21st, the pair will visit the charity, a favorite of Princess Diana's, in South London to take part in a healthy cooking session , attend a performance from the winner of a Centrepoint's Got Talent show, and catch a group session of the charity's "Workwise" program.
Sounds like a lovely day! There will be some who are quite close to their age, so perhaps will give the royal couple some perspective and motivate Kate to starting thinking about what charities she wants to attached her name to.
As for the actual days of Christmas, the couple will spend it together at the Queen's home, Sandringham, with the rest of the royals.
And the Middleton's too? Oh! What will Pippa be wearing????
