Valle de Vinales is to Cuba as Pai is to Thailand. Its a hub for travellers rather than tourists and its notsoattractive town centre is surrounded by rural selfsustainable dwellings with some of the countrys most spectacular views. Undulating fields of lush greens and deep red terracotta plots surround the steep walls of the towering limestone mogotes. Its different to Pai though
